Undress to a comfortable level. The therapists will give you privacy when undressing. The therapists will knock on the door before entering to make sure you are ready. If you feel uncomfortable undressing all the way or want to keep clothing on, make sure to wear clothing that will feel comfortable as they massage. The therapists use a sheet that is used to drape your body and only parts that are being massaged will be uncovered. If you feel uncomfortable let the therapist know. Massages are meant to make you feel relaxed. You should not feel stressed or tense.

After a massage session you may feel dehydrated, drink extra water to help flush out toxins that may have been released during the session.
