TIPS: It is customary in Asian culture for the massage therapists to wait for their tip in the reception room after the massage. Please do not get offended or think you are being followed. This is just something they have known for many years and are accustomed to doing. Please tip your therapist directly in cash. We have an ATM ($1.50 fee) at our facility for your convenience should you not have cash.
PAYMENT: Payment is done before your massage. There are no refunds for massage and/or gift card purchases.
COMMUNICATION: Our therapists have trained for many years in the Far East in addition to the United States, and have brought their massage skills and techniques to the United States. Therefore, their English is very limited. If you have any questions or need to communicate something to your therapist, please tell the front desk staff.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS: If you have any medical conditions that may not be suitable for massage, please tell the front desk staff prior to your massage. Please be aware that massage may cause temporary bruising, swelling, skin discoloration, and pain.
QUIET: Once you have entered the massage room, please turn off your cell phone and keep noise to a minimum. If you need to communicate, please whisper. The Asian Style Buddha room is a community room with other customers so please keep any noise to a minimum. Even though we try to keep the facility as quiet as possible, there may be some noise. We encourage you to use ear plugs (provided free) or purchase a massage that takes place in a private room with less noise.
LATE APPOINTMENTS: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be given to someone else or you may lose time from your massage. Please arrive to your appointment on time.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: If you have any special requests such as a particular therapist, please make your request when booking your appointment to ensure that it is available.
LOST or STOLEN ITEMS: Please keep your belongings with you. We have many customers throughout the day. The Happy Head is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Gift cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
FEEDBACK: If you have any feedback regarding your experience at Happy Head, please feel free to share it with us. The best way to provide any feedback to upper management is to fill out the feedback form on our website at www.HappyHeadMassage.com/feedback/.
LOYALTY STAMP PROGRAM: Customers get 1 loyalty stamp for each full priced massage purchased. The card must be stamped by Happy Head employee at time of purchase. Customer responsible for obtaining stamp at time of purchase.
INSURANCE: The Happy Head does not accept or assist in insurance reimbursement for any services provided.
SPECIAL PROMOS: If you have are using any promotion toward your massage, please read and follow and instructions and restrictions in regards to the promotion. Special promos such as Groupons, LivingSocial, KBG Deals, Yelp, and similar may not be used for groups of 3 or more.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary among locations.

Customer information is collected during appointment scheduling transactions primarily through online appointment scheduling – for customers who register on our website. Customer information is also collected during the first visit at Happy Head.
